教育的希望系于教师,教育问题的瓶颈在于教师如何面对他的教育生活。对教师生存状况的关注,是对整个教育最根本的关注。在新课程改革的背景下,教师面临着不断转换角色以适应新课改的极大挑战,影响着教师职业幸福感的获取。通过对中学政治教师职业幸福感的现状、影响因素等问题进行研究,并以此为基础提出在新课程改革背景下提升中学政治课教师职业幸福感的方法和措施。
The hope of education is tied to teachers. The bottleneck of education lies in how teachers face his educational life. The concern about the living conditions of teachers is the most fundamental concern for the entire education. Under the background of the new curriculum reform, teachers are faced with the great challenge of constantly changing their roles to adapt to the new curriculum reform, affecting the acquisition of teachers’ professional well-being. By studying the current situation and influencing factors of occupational well-being of political teachers in secondary schools, and based on this, this paper proposes ways and measures to enhance the vocational well-being of middle school political teachers in the context of new curriculum reform.
