自主择业军转干部的就业创业问题始终是本刊编辑部关注的一个重点。自2005年以来,山东省军区转业办主动作为,多次为山东英才学院集中组织推荐自主择业军转干部,先后有30余名自主择业军转干部被该院聘用,有力地解决了民营院校的管理难题和自主择业军转干部的就业难题,探索并形成了“英才模式”。实践是检验真理的唯一标准,时间是验证成效的可靠保证。用五年的实践检验,来考察一个模式的成功与否,似乎更有说服力;用五年的时间积累,来培养一个模式的成长发展,仿佛更有生命力。五年来,我们一直在等待一个答案。这期间,既有过担心,也有过疑虑。当我们走进英才学院之后,一切的担心和疑虑都随着眼前的现实而烟消云散,我们看到的是一片更加蔚蓝的天。
The issue of employment and start-ups by independent military cadres has always been a focus of our editorial department. We have been waiting for an answer for five years. During this period, both have been worried, there have been doubts. When we came to College of Excellence, all our fears and doubts vanished with the immediate reality, and we saw a more blue sky.
