采用 Ti Ni Al 金属复合焊料粉末, 利用 Gleeble 1500 热模拟机以自阻加热方式对镍基高温合金和 Si C 陶瓷进行热压反应烧结连接研究, 获得了强度为70 M Pa ( Φ10 m m ×50m m 圆棒非标准试样, 四点抗弯强度) 的焊接件。微观结构分析表明铝可以通过渗透到陶瓷的非封闭孔隙中或与陶瓷发生界面反应而形成比较牢固的接头。分析了焊缝区焊料中的孔洞对缓解焊接应力的作用。
The Ni-based superalloys and Si C ceramics were hot-pressed by means of Gleeble 1500 thermal simulator by means of self-resistance heating and sintering. × 50m m non-standard round rod, four-point bending strength) of the welding parts. Microstructure analysis shows that aluminum can form a stronger joint by infiltrating into the non-closed pores of ceramic or interfacial reaction with ceramic. The effect of the holes in the solder in the weld zone on relieving the welding stress was analyzed.
