位移度是“形位公差”中的一个新概念,在大批量的生产中,采用专用工具可以充分发挥它的优点。在单件生产时,由于计量方法的限制,能否广泛采用位移度,成为人们关心的课题。红湘江机器厂的余道良同志是多年战斗在计量工作第一线的老工人师傅,积极参加“形位公差”的宣贯工作,认真总结实践经验,提出了一个较为简易方便的图解法,解决用通用量具(或量仪)检验位移度的问题,思路新颖,值得一读。望大家对此广泛讨论研究,写出更多这样的好文章,以促进这项国标的全面贯彻。
