由中国橡胶学会炭黑专业学组、四川石油管理局、化工部炭黑工业研究设计所联合主持的炭黑工业四十年学术研讨会于1990年11月7日至10日在乐山召开.来自全国十四个省市、高等院校、科研单位、炭黑和橡胶企业的代表99人出席了会议。代表中有白发苍苍,曾为我国炭黑工业呕心呖血的老领导、老专家;有正在炭黑战线上日夜操劳、努力拼搏的中青年科技人员和领导干部;有关心和支持炭黑工业发展的领导机关和使用部门的代表。在会上共交流论文41篇,就我国炭黑工业四十年的历史进程,天然气炭黑的发展前景和技术改进方向;炭黑生产工艺和设备;炭黑及浅色补强填料的补强机理;测试和应用等四个专题进行研讨。从“圣灯山”的孤军
