采用高温溶剂热法分别制备出均匀的上转换发光纳米粒子Na YF4:Yb,Er和壳层中掺杂不同Yb3+浓度的Na YF4:Yb,Er@Na YF4:x%Yb核/壳结构。研究分析其上转换发光性能及发光机制,结果表明:核壳结构对红光的发射机制有明显的影响。
The uniform upconversion luminescent nanoparticles Na YF 4: Yb, Er and Na YF 4: Yb, Er @ Na YF 4: x% Yb core / shell structures doped with different Yb 3+ concentrations were prepared by high temperature solvothermal method. The up-conversion luminescence properties and the luminescence mechanism were studied and analyzed. The results show that the core-shell structure has obvious influence on the red emission mechanism.
