现将我院1957～1989年间351例小儿尸检病例作以临床诊断和尸检结果对照。根据主要死因分析,临床误诊110例,误诊率为31.34%。对其误诊原因简要说明,旨在提高小儿疾病的临床诊断率,降低病死率。
Now in our hospital from 1957 to 1989, 351 cases of autopsy in children for clinical diagnosis and autopsy results. According to the analysis of the main cause of death, 110 cases were misdiagnosed clinically, with a misdiagnosis rate of 31.34%. A brief description of the causes of misdiagnosis, aimed at improving the clinical diagnosis of pediatric diseases, reduce mortality.
