本实验用苯和二甲苯在30mg/kg和60mg/kg两个浓度下对近交系BALB/c小鼠进行腹腔注射染毒。结果发现,经一周连续腹腔注射染毒,在两个浓度下苯染毒组骨髓CFU-F均显著减少,且有明确的剂量反应关系。而二甲苯染毒组没有显著变化,苯、二甲苯联合染毒组也没有显著变化。该实验提示苯对骨髓CFU-F有抑制作用,而在苯和二甲苯联合染毒时,该抑制作用又表现得不明显,故作者认为两者对CFU-F的联合作用是相减的。
In this experiment, inbred BALB / c mice were injected intraperitoneally with benzene and xylene at two concentrations of 30 mg / kg and 60 mg / kg. The results showed that after a week of continuous intraperitoneal injection of benzene, the two groups of benzene-treated groups were significantly reduced bone marrow CFU-F, and a clear dose-response relationship. However, no significant changes were observed in the xylene-treated group, nor did any significant changes in the combination of benzene and xylene. This experiment suggests that benzene inhibits the CFU-F in bone marrow, while the combination of benzene and xylene exposure, the inhibition was not obvious, so the authors believe that the combination of CFU-F is subtracted.
