本文通过对我国家具制造业的现状分析,将“绿色供应链管理”引入我国家具制造业并进行战略思考和建议,提出设计在绿色供应链中的重要地位,鼓励和推动家具产品创新设计,以及着重培养家具设计师的绿色环保意识;提出建立供应链各节点企业之间的绿色联盟;并提出家具产品的回收再利用是绿色供应链管理与传统的供应链管理的本质差异。
This article analyzes the status quo of China’s furniture manufacturing industry, introduces “green supply chain management ” into China’s furniture manufacturing industry and carries out strategic thinking and suggestions, puts forward the importance of design in the green supply chain, and encourages and promotes innovative design of furniture products. , As well as focusing on cultivating furniture designers’ green awareness; proposing the establishment of a green alliance between companies in the supply chain; and suggesting that the recycling of furniture products is the essential difference between green supply chain management and traditional supply chain management.
