前些天的一个下午,我来到会计界老前辈张新周同志的家里.张老今年78岁,抗日战争初期就参加了革命,先是在昔东抗日县政府财政科工作,以后一直在晋冀鲁豫边区搞财会工作,全国解放后曾任财政部会计制度司司长多年,为我国的财会事业作出了贡献.我这次走访张老,就是想了解在抗日战争年代的艰苦岁月里,前辈们是怎样克服困难,搞好根据地的财会工作的. 张老家的客厅很简朴,摆着几张沙发、一个旧文件柜和一张写字台.写字台上堆满了稿纸和信件,张老正在撰写《回忆晋冀鲁豫边区财务行政制度的历史沿革》的文章.当我说明了来意,老人就爽快地说:
