美国A.O.史密斯集团公司高级副总裁兼中国公司总裁丁威认为,家电行业中很多企业骨子里对代理商是不信任的,认为与代理商是博弈关系,但A.O.史密斯始终认为生意是客户做出来的,客户生意做得越顺工厂就越顺,客户赚钱越多,工厂才会赚钱越多。所以,是真心还是假意帮客户赚钱,这个很重要。A.O.史密斯对代理商的服务是制度化的,并且对这些制度会进行不断的调整优化,不断更新加减的服务内容。
