“合作学习”是学生学习的一种重要方式,它是在教师的主导下,群体研讨、协作交流、知识技能互补的一种学习方式。新课程积极倡导“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式,充分体现出了新课程以人为本的教育理念,也是新课程在学习方式上有别于传统教学观的最明显的特征之一。但是在实践过程中,部分教师对合作学习缺乏理性的认识,从而导致操作上流于形式,实效性不强。本文围绕“以人为本”这一理念,对提高课堂教学中学生合作学习的效果提出一些粗浅的看法。一、转变观念,教师要当好指导者、参与者“合作学习”不仅是学习方式,更是教学所要达到的一个重要目
“Cooperative Learning ” is an important way for students to learn. It is a kind of learning mode that is under the guidance of teachers, group discussions, collaboration and exchange, and knowledge and skills complement each other. The new curriculum actively advocates the learning style of “autonomy, cooperation and inquiry” and fully embodies the concept of people-oriented education in the new curriculum. However, in the process of practice, some teachers lack of rational understanding of cooperative learning, resulting in the operation of the formal, the effectiveness is not strong.
