“合作学习”是学生学习的一种重要方式,它是在教师的主导下,群体研讨、协作交流、知识技能互补的一种学习方式。新课程积极倡导“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式,充分体现出了新课程以人为本的教育理念,也是新课程在学习方式上有别于传统教学观的最明显的特征之一。但是在实践过程中,部分教师对合作学习缺乏理性的认识,从而导致操作上流于形式,实效性不强。本文围绕“以人为本”这一理念,对提高课堂教学中学生合作学习的效果提出一些粗浅的看法。一、转变观念,教师要当好指导者、参与者“合作学习”不仅是学习方式,更是教学所要达到的一个重要目 “Cooperative Learning ” is an important way for students to learn.
