烟台开发区在短短十年的开发区建设中,以其正确的投资方向、合理的产业结构,推动着全区经济走上良性轨道,实现了投入与产出并进、规模与效益同步的理想目标。 以近三年看,烟台开发区投入呈现出大幅度增长趋势,累计项目合同总金额从91年的3.7亿美元猛增到现在的18.9亿美元。同时,全区也进入全面收获时期,经济效益稳步快增。91年全区工业产值和利税4.3亿元和5259元,而93年下子增为16亿多元和2.1亿元。财政收入从91年3576万元,猛增到93年的3.2亿元。纵观十年进程,烟台开发区主要举措是:
