本文采用恒载荷法,配置电化学测试装置,探讨了碳钢在热浓硝酸盐介质中应力腐蚀破裂的行为及影响因素。根据阳极极化曲线的测定以及在特定应力条件下断裂电位与时间关系,研究了电化学极化与应力腐蚀裂纹的引发和扩展过程;研究了碳钢的含碳量,热处理制度及组织结构与硝脆敏感性的关系。本文也测定了外加应力与断裂时间关系曲线,并对裂纹形貌、断口特征及断裂性质进行了金相和扫描电镜的分析
In this paper, the constant load method, the electrochemical test device configuration to explore the carbon steel in hot concentrated nitrate stress corrosion cracking behavior and influencing factors.
