一、从全局和战略的高度,深刻认识推行政务公开的重要意义近几年,许多地区和部门认真贯彻党的十五大精神,不同程度地开展政务公开工作,进行了许多有益的探索。今年以来,各地按照中央的要求,在乡镇政权机关全面推行政务公开。总的看,这项工作呈现出良好的发展势头,工作抓得比较实在的地方和单位,成效更为明显,得到了人民群众的拥护和基层干部的支持,充分证明了中央关于推行政务公开的决策是完全正确的,具有重大的战略意义。 (一)推行政务公开是加强社会主义民主政治建设,保证人民群众在党的领导下行使民主权利,参与管理国家和社会事务的重要途
