耐久跑是体育教学大纲中的一项基本教材,也是《国家体育锻炼标准》中必测项目。同时,又是一项枯燥、单调、又苦又累、极易产生疲劳的运动。因此,学生最怕上耐久跑课。教学中或消极应付,或偷懒耍滑。教学效果常常事倍功半。如何才能提高学生上耐久跑课的积极性?如何才能变枯燥无味课为新颖有趣课?我在教学中试采用了以下几种教法手段。
Durable running is a basic teaching material in the physical education syllabus, and it is also a mandatory item in the National Physical Training Standard. At the same time, it is a boring, monotonous, painful, and tired exercise that can easily produce fatigue. Therefore, students are most afraid of taking long-distance running lessons. The teaching is either passive or lazy. Teaching effectiveness is often twice as effective. How can we improve the enthusiasm of students to take a durable running class? How can we turn boring and tasteless classes into novel and interesting lessons? I have used the following teaching methods in teaching.
