行政管理支出一直以来都是我国财政支出的重要组成部分,由于其特殊性和经济发展的背景,我国行政支出扩张较快。一方面,由于经济增长推动和财政支出的扩大;另一方面,行政支出项目本身的隐蔽性所致。预算管理制度的不健全助长了这一问题的发生。本文从预算管理角度,分析行政支出存在的问题并提出建议对策。 Administrative expenditure has always been an important part of our fiscal expenditure. Because of its particularity and the background of economic development, our administrative expenditure has expanded rapidly.
