介绍了基于电阻抗法的无拘束心输出量(CO)检测技术与原理。利用开发的多通道电阻抗分布检测装置,对采用点状电极进行无拘束CO检测时胸部圆柱模型的适应性进行了实验研究,阐述了用点状电极替代带状电极进行无创性CO检测的关键因素,探讨了胸部正中线上6个检测电极检测到的从锁骨位置到剑凸位置电阻抗的波动部分(ΔZ)波形大小的变化规律及其两种典型的分布模式,分析了采用点状电极进行无拘束CO测量时胸部圆柱模型的适用性。综合实验结果中得到的胸廓正中附近血液泵出时所引起的ΔZ分布规律和变化模式,得出当采用点状电极检测无创性CO时,检测用电极的黏附位置以锁骨中央—乳首位置更为适合的结论。
The unrestricted cardiac output (CO) detection technique and principle based on electrical impedance method are introduced. The developed multichannel impedance distribution detector was used to study the adaptability of the chest cylindrical model with point-like electrodes for unconstrained CO detection.
