本世纪50年代末,西方经济学界掀起了一股研究经济发展战略的热潮,大量专门研究发展中国家经济发展战略的论著问世。70年代末,经济发展战略成为我国经济学家研究的热门课题。许多专著和论文,或对中国经济发展战略进行了不同层面的探讨,或对国外施行的经济发展战略的经验教训进行实事求是的评介,以期指导我国经济的科学发展。在众多研究成果中,时事出版社即将推出的侯若石同志的新作——《战略选择与资源配置》。该书颇具特色,值得一读。
In the late 1950s, Western economists set off an upsurge of studying economic development strategies and published a large number of books devoted to studying the economic development strategies of developing countries. In the late 1970s, the strategy of economic development has become a hot topic for economists in our country. Many monographs and dissertations or discussions on China’s economic development strategy at different levels or on the experiences and lessons learned from foreign economic development strategies are conducted in order to guide the scientific development of our economy. Among the many research results, Comrade Hou Ruoshi, the forthcoming publication of Current Affairs Press, is a new book entitled “Strategic Choice and Resource Allocation.” The book is distinctive and worth reading.
