通过分析有流型流态改变的热输原油管道的流动特征,用数学中的组合方法证明管道中有43种流型流态组合并给出组合图;建立了用二分法计算有流型流态改变管路最小输量的数学模型。采用二分法具有公式简单、对函数性质要求不高、稳定性好等优点。根据所建模型研制的程序系统可完成43种组合的工艺及最小输量计算,具有广泛使用性,为计算有流型流态转变热油管路的最小输量提供了方法。在此基础上,研制出一整套程序系统并给出了算例。
By analyzing the flow characteristics of the hot crude oil pipeline with the change of fluid flow regime, the combination method in mathematics is used to prove that there are 43 flow pattern combinations in the pipeline and the combination map is given. The dichotomy method is used to calculate the flow pattern Mathematical Model of Changing Minimum Pipeline Output. The dichotomy with the formula is simple, less demanding on the nature of the function, good stability and so on. The program system developed based on the model can be used to complete 43 kinds of combinations of process and minimum output calculation, has extensive usability, and provides a method for calculating the minimum flow of hot-water pipeline with flow-type flow. On this basis, developed a set of program system and gives examples.
