目的医务人员应对突发公共卫生事件能力是妥善解决突发公共卫生事件预防控制的重要保障。方法通过分析卫生体系概况、近10年传染病疫情态势以及突发卫生公共事件的发生情况以及北京医疗机构卫生应急现状等,剖析突发卫生公共事件应急处置中存在的问题以及医务人员应对突发公共卫生事件的不足之处,提出医务人员应对突发公共卫生事件能力培养措施及方法。结果提高了医务人员应对突发公共卫生事件的能力。结论通过对医务人员突发公共卫生事件应急能力的培训,使之正确地运用法律法规,忠实地履行其职责;全面、准确地实施卫生应急预案;规范、有序地开展卫生应急工作。
Objective The medical staff’s ability to deal with public health emergencies is an important guarantee to properly solve the prevention and control of public health emergencies. Methods By analyzing the general situation of health system, epidemic situation of infectious diseases in the past 10 years, the occurrence of public health emergencies and the status quo of health emergency in Beijing medical institutions, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the emergency treatment of public health emergencies and the response of medical personnel to emergencies Public health incidents inadequate, put forward medical personnel to deal with unexpected public health incidents capacity-building measures and methods. The result has increased the ability of medical staff to respond to public health emergencies. Conclusion Through the training of emergency response ability of medical personnel in emergency public health emergencies, we should make proper use of laws and regulations to fulfill their duties faithfully, implement the emergency response plans comprehensively and accurately, and carry out emergency work in a standardized and orderly manner.
