建立了计算模型,分析了室外温度和水流量对冷却塔热工性能的影响,讨论了优化水气比。得出在室外空气温度10.5℃、相对湿度60%、冷却塔进水温度0℃情况下,冷却塔辅助供热量达到45kW,满足室内供热的需求。提高冷却塔风机风量使其满足优化水气比时,在满足冷却塔辅助供热量为45kW的前提下,最低允许室外空气温度可达到7.6℃。
The calculation model is established. The influence of outdoor temperature and water flow on the thermal performance of the cooling tower is analyzed. The optimum ratio of water to gas is discussed. It is concluded that the auxiliary heating capacity of the cooling tower reaches 45kW under the conditions of outdoor air temperature of 10.5 ℃, relative humidity of 60% and cooling tower inlet water temperature of 0 ℃, which meets the demand of indoor heating. When the cooling tower fan air volume is increased to satisfy the optimized water vapor ratio, the minimum allowable outdoor air temperature can reach 7.6 ℃ under the premise of meeting the cooling tower auxiliary heating capacity of 45kW.
