我国旅游景区当中对旅游景区人力资源方面的创新不断涌现,其中旅游景区人力资源外包管理就是其中之一。本文主要围绕人力资源外包管理这一新方法,概述了其理论内涵和目前国内外实践的发展现状。在分析旅游景区人力资源外包管理的优势的同时,指出了外包管理可能存在的问题以及可能导致的风险,并提出了相应的对策以及风险应对的策略,以期对旅游景区人力资源外包管理的今后的顺利发展提供一定的借鉴和帮助。
Among the tourist attractions in our country, there are many innovations in human resources in tourism scenic spots, among which tourism human resources outsourcing management is one of them. This paper mainly focuses on this new method of human resource outsourcing management, and summarizes its theoretical connotation and current development of the practice at home and abroad. While analyzing the advantages of outsourcing management of tourist attractions, it points out the problems that may exist in outsourcing management and the risks that may be caused, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures as well as strategies of risk management in order to improve the management of human resources outsourcing in tourist attractions in the future The smooth development provides some reference and help.
