作者在过去17年中,单用姑息化疗治疗头颈晚期癌、局部复发癌150例,1年生存率27%,2年生存率11%,5年生存率3%,10年生存率2.5%。其中,生存6年、10年、11年各1例。治疗远处转移癌63例。完全缓解(CR)8例’部分缓解(PR)13例,总缓解率33%;平均生存期10个月,最长53个月。作者采用优福定(UFT)与放疗同时进行治疗,动物试验发现疗效明显优于单纯放疗,然后用于临床治疗头颈晚期癌29例,CR16例,PR10例,总缓解率达90%。Schnabel采用顺铂
In the past 17 years, the authors treated 150 cases of locally advanced head and neck cancer with palliative chemotherapy alone. The 1-year survival rate was 27%, the 2-year survival rate was 11%, the 5-year survival rate was 3% and the 10-year survival rate was 2.5%.
