文中报告了900 ~970 ℃下含碳球团竖炉直接还原热模拟试验的结果,试验结果表明:含碳4 % ~8 % 冷固结含碳球团的冶金性能,可以满足竖炉直接还原的要求;同时发现在含碳球团竖炉直接还原过程中,仍以气体还原为主,但固体碳直接还原的比例随温度升高而增加。并研究了含碳球团竖炉直接还原的规律和工艺参数。
The paper reports the results of the direct reduction heat simulation experiment of carbonaceous pellet shaft furnace at 900 ~ 970 ℃. The experimental results show that the metallurgical properties of carbonaceous pellets with 4% ~ 8% carbon content can satisfy the requirements of direct reduction furnace . At the same time, it was found that gas reduction was still the main process in the direct reduction of carbonaceous pellet shaft furnace, but the proportion of direct reduction of solid carbon increased with the increase of temperature. The rules and technological parameters of direct reduction of carbonaceous pellet shaft furnace were studied.
