近年来,工会组织在社会政治生活中的地位日益增强,作为工会新闻舆论宣传的主渠道,工人报刊也迎来了自己的春天,各地工人报刊的发行量基本呈逐年上升势头。应该说,工人报刊在宣传国家大政方针、传递工会声音、维护职工权益、建设和谐社会等方面都发挥出了自己不可替代的作用。不过面对报业日益严峻的竞争态势,工人报刊如何能坚守住自己的一方阵地,在众多都市类或者其它行业类报纸中脱颖而出,我个人认为很大程度上取决于报纸副刊的质量。工人报副刊只有把握好“三色”原则,才能更好地吸引读者的眼球,将自己打造成一张强势的报纸。
In recent years, the position of trade unions in the social and political life has been increasingly strengthened. As the main channel for publicizing the news media of the trade unions, the workers ’newspapers and periodicals have also ushered in their own spring. The circulation of workers’ newspapers and periodicals around the country has basically risen year by year. It should be said that the workers’ newspapers and magazines have played an irreplaceable role in propagating the major policies of the state, passing the voices of the trade unions, safeguarding the rights and interests of employees, and building a harmonious society. However, in the face of increasingly severe competition in the newspaper industry, how workers’ newspapers and journals can hold their own positions and stand out in many metropolitan or other industry newspapers depends, in my opinion, on the quality of newspaper supplements. Only by grasping the principle of “three colors” in the workers ’supplement can we better attract readers’ attention and create ourselves into a powerful newspaper.
