著名的“钱学森之问”引起人们对拔尖创新人才培养机制的思考。显然,仅靠大学教育难解“钱学森之问”所提出的创新人才缺乏的问题,学生的创新意识和创新能力应该从中小学开始培养。普通高中承担着发现、培养和向高校输送创新人才的重任,尽管面临高考压力,仍应积极探索、尊重学生个性发展、符合学生兴趣需要、激发学生创新潜能的教育模式。我校用科技教育凝聚师生创新精神,营造“科技教育生活化”的学校文化,完善和健全普通高中的多样化、创新
The famous “Qian Xuesen asked ” arouse people’s thinking on the training mechanism of top notch innovative talents. Obviously, the problem of lack of innovative talents proposed by Qian Xuesen’s question just due to the difficulty of university education and students’ innovative awareness and innovative ability should be cultivated from primary and secondary schools. Ordinary high school undertakes the task of finding, training and delivering innovative talents to colleges and universities. In spite of the pressure of college entrance examination, ordinary high schools should actively explore and respect the individual personality development, meet the needs of students’ interest, and stimulate their innovative potential.
