目的总结概括鼻内窥镜临床应用情况。方法回顾性分析2004年1月至2008年12月于我科就诊采用鼻内窥镜手术治疗患者559例的临床资料。结果治疗后随访1～3个月,痊愈483例,好转68例,8例患者因未复诊而无法进行随访。所有患者无眶内感染及其他并发症发生。结论鼻内窥镜手术具有视野清楚、病变清除彻底、较好地保留鼻腔生理功能、创伤性小,患者易于接受等诸多优点。
Objective To summarize the clinical application of nasal endoscope. Methods The clinical data of 559 patients who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery in our department from January 2004 to December 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The patients were followed up for 1 to 3 months after treatment, 483 cases were cured, 68 cases improved, and 8 cases were unable to follow up because of no referral. All patients without orbital infection and other complications. Conclusions Nasal endoscopic surgery with clear vision, complete removal of lesions, better retention of nasal physiological function, less traumatic, easy to accept patients and many other advantages.
