从我国企业改革和发展的现状看,企业存在的主要问题,一是班子,二是管理。而这恰恰是两个密切关联的问题。因为,没有好的班子,就谈不上有好的管理。从总体上看,我省大多数企业领导班子和领导干部是好的和比较好的,但这种评价同现在社会舆论是有相当距离的。如在某市对企业经营者信任程度的调查中显示,有62%的职工对经营者提出不信任。这反映了对企业经营者的监督不力。民主管理管什么?我认为,在新形势下,加强对企业领导班子的民主监督和民主评议是实行企业民主管理的首要任
Judging from the current situation of the reform and development of enterprises in our country, the major problems that exist in enterprises are teamwork and management. This is precisely the two closely related issues. Because there is no good team, there is no good management. On the whole, most of the leading groups and leading cadres in our province are good and relatively good, but this evaluation is quite far from the current public opinion. For example, in a survey of the trust level of a business operator in a city, 62% of employees expressed distrust to the operator. This reflects the ineffective supervision of business operators.
