随着素质教育的推进与及《加强青少年体育增强学生体质的意见》等文件的贯彻落实,各大高校都在响应国家方针政策,也取得了明显的成效。但是,目前,课内体育教学改革已经达到了一定的力度和深度,而课外体育活动就显得很薄弱。课外体育活动是体育课堂教学延续与补充,是实现高校体育教学目标任务的重要途径,丰富多彩的课外体育活动对提高学生身心健康水平具有重要意义,而且有利于丰富校园文化,给校园注入青春与活力。为了促进我校学生整体身心素质的提高,以及更好的实现我们体育教学目标任务,本文运用问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计等方法,对目前我校大学生参加体育课外活动现状进行调查分析,以便更好的了解我校大学生参加课外体育活动的认知态度、活动方式、锻炼时间、场地器材及课外体育活动管理等方面的情况,在吸收别人经验的基础上,不断探索与尝试新的课外体育活动改革对策。
With the advancing of quality education and the implementation of documents such as “Strengthening the Adolescents Sports and Enhancing Students’ Physique,” all major colleges and universities are responding to the national guidelines and policies and have achieved remarkable results. However, at present, the reform of physical education in class has reached a certain degree of intensity and depth, and extracurricular sports activities appear to be very weak. Extracurricular sports activities are the continuation and supplement of PE classroom teaching. It is an important way to achieve the goals and tasks of PE teaching in colleges and universities. A great variety of extracurricular sports activities are of great significance to improving students’ physical and mental health. It is also conducive to enriching campus culture and infusing youth with vitality. In order to promote the overall mental and physical quality of our students and to better achieve our goals of physical education teaching, this paper uses the methods of questionnaire, literature and mathematical statistics to investigate the present situation of extracurricular activities of college students in our university so that To better understand the cognitive attitudes, activities, exercise time, field equipment and extracurricular sports activities of undergraduates participating in extracurricular sports activities in our school, and based on the experience of other people, we should constantly explore and try new extra-curricular sports Activities reform measures.
