对我院强直性脊柱炎(AS)误诊27例分析如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组男19例,女8例,年龄14~32(平均22)岁。病程2个月~12 a,首次就诊到确诊时间15 d~7.5 a。1.2首发症状外周非对称性关节痛:髋关节痛8例,膝关节痛3例,足跟痛3例,臀部痛3例,踝关节痛2例,肩关节痛1例,足掌痛1例。中
