第十二届全国人大代表、华泰集团董事长李建华认为,中国纸业不应该盲从国外的成果和方向,而要充分利用原有的资源和技术优势,开展生物质精炼方面研究,促进行业绿色、低碳、可持续发展。“生物质精炼技术的研究与发展,对整个造纸行业的绿色、低碳、可持续发展具有重大意义”。“中国造纸业开展这方面的研究不可盲从国外的成果和方向,要与我们实际国情相结合,走出具有自己特色的道路”。
