目的采用HPLC法测定天舒片中的天麻素和阿魏酸。方法采用Dikma C18色谱柱,以乙腈为流动相A、0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相B,梯度洗脱,检测波长220 nm。结果 0.12～2.42μg天麻素、0.20～4.01μg阿魏酸与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,天麻素中平均加样回收率为99.3%,RSD=0.28%(n=6);阿魏酸的为98.5%,RSD=0.47%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便,结果准确,可用于天舒片的质量控制。
Objective To determine the contents of gastrodin and ferulic acid in Tianshu tablets by HPLC. Methods Dikma C18 column was used with acetonitrile as mobile phase A and 0.05% phosphoric acid as mobile phase B with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 220 nm. Results Gastrodin 0.12 ~ 2.42μg, ferulic acid 0.20 ~ 4.01μg and peak area showed a good linear relationship, average recovery gastrodin was 99.3%, RSD = 0.28% (n = 6); ferulic acid 98.5%, RSD = 0.47% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Tianshu tablets.
