新课改中相关教育部门提出“教师在教学中要摒弃传统教学观念,在教学中颠覆传统课堂教学模式,注重培养学生的文化素养以及综合实践能力”。针对新课改中提出的这一政策,教师在教学中纷纷进行教师技能培训,根据教学实际情况在课堂中合理的运用多种教学策略进行教学。但是一些教师在教学过程中由于教学经验不足,对教学策略运用不当,导致教师在课堂教学中不能取得预期教学效果。故在小学语文教学中,教师应该如何合理的运用教学策略提高学生的语文素养成为了教师教学的重难点,本文便针对这一状况浅谈教师在教学中应该如何合理的运用教学策略才能取得预期教学效果,提高学生的语文素养。
