广东省人民政府:你省报送的《转报广东华侨信托投资公司清理整顿南方证券交易中心实施方案的函》(粤府函[1999]36号)收悉。根据国办发[1998]135号和我会证监[1998]53号文件精神,经研究,现批复如下:一、同意南方证券交易中心清产核资和业务分流的工作方案。请你们组织有关方面认真落实,按时完成清理整顿证券交易中心任务。
Guangdong Provincial People’s Government: Your letter submitted by the province, “Guangdong Overseas Chinese Trust and Investment Corporation to clean up the implementation of the Southern Securities and Exchange Center program letter” (Yuefu letter [1999] No. 36) was received. According to the State Council issued [1998] No. 135 and I will Zheng Jian [1998] No. 53 document, the study, are hereby approved as follows: First, the South Stock Exchange agreed to clear the capital verification and business diversion program of work. Please organize the relevant parties to conscientiously implement them and finish the task of clearing and reorganizing the securities trading center on time.
