政府执行力是制约我国乡镇政府效能建设的一个瓶颈。贵州作为我国西部经济欠发达地区,乡镇政府在行政管理过程中表现最突出的问题就是执行力不足、执行能力低下,严重影响到乡镇政府效能建设。因此,探讨贵州乡镇政府执行力的现状,以提高执行力作为乡镇政府效能建设的突破口,以期为乡镇政府执行力的提高和加强贵州乡镇政府效能建设提供良好的路径选择。
The executive power of the government is a bottleneck restricting the efficiency construction of the township government in our country. As the underdeveloped areas in the western part of our country, Guizhou has the most outstanding problems in the process of administration. The problems are the lack of execution, the low ability of implementation and the serious impact on the efficiency construction of township government. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the status quo of execution power of township government in Guizhou province so as to improve execution ability as a breakthrough point for the efficiency construction of township government, with a view to providing a good choice for improving the execution ability of township government and strengthening the efficiency construction of township government in Guizhou.
