本文提出一种新型结构的车刀,用来加工大部分不锈钢和热强钢,该结构的车刀不需冷却,这种刀具的使用寿命是一般刀具的1.15~1.4倍。刀具如图1所示,散热部分是由圆柱形散热轮2组成的,轮外表面有许多毛细孔1,可用冷却液将这些毛细孔充满,将带有销轴4的轮2装夹在具有沟槽的刀体5上。为确保供热轮所调的位置,把轮牢牢固定在可用扳手调偏心的衬套3上。在加工过程中,散热轮沿着已加工完的工件表面滚动接触,散热轮上多毛细孔里的冷却液受热而蒸发,在这种情况下,强烈吸收了被加工工件和刀具所产生的热。散热轮2毛细孔中的液体完全蒸发后,再用冷却液将其充满.在这种新结构的刀具上,散热轮可用具有高热传导性能的材料制造(散热轮试件可用铜)。

In the new structure of the tool, the heat sink can be made of a material with high thermal conductivity (the heat sink wheel can be made of copper) after the liquid in the capillary hole of the heat sink 2 is completely evaporated and then filled with the coolant.
