当前,由于一些选矿厂的硫化物产品中含砷过高,使得冶炼过程中严重污染环境。为此,冶炼厂对精矿中砷含量提出了更严格的标准。选矿厂对解决精矿含砷高的问题迫在眉睫。衡阳市清水塘铅锌矿采用氯化铵降低锌精矿中砷杂质在生产实践中获得成功,经济效益显著。(一)矿石性质清水塘矿为铅锌多金属矿床。主要金属矿物为方铅矿(1.76%)、闪锌矿(3.41%),其次为黄铁矿(3.14%)和黄铜矿(0.68%)等;脉石以石英(51.35%)为主,其次为重晶石(4.48%)、绢云母(17.86%)和毒砂(1.25%)等。
