以城乡居民收入相对差距为研究对象,针对大连市城市化进程中的具体情况,分析了影响这一指标的主要因素,应用SE-DEA模型具体比较了2001年至2011年间各个影响因素对大连市城乡居民收入相对差距的作用特点,计算结果表明,社会保障、财政支农及教育投入等制度安排的改进能够影响大连市城乡居民收入差距但效果不能尽如人意.最后提出了若干对策与建议.
Taking the relative income gap between urban and rural residents as the research object, this paper analyzes the main factors influencing this index in view of the specific conditions in the process of urbanization in Dalian. By using the SE-DEA model, this paper makes a detailed comparison between the various influencing factors from 2001 to 2011 in Dalian The results show that the improvement of institutional arrangements such as social security, financial support for agriculture and education input can affect the income gap between urban and rural residents in Dalian, but the effect is not satisfactory. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
