自1976年170—70型塞曼原子吸收分光光度计商品仪器问世以来,由于这类仪器在扣除背景方面有着独特的优点,颇受用户的欢迎。近两年,国内不少单位订购了这类仪器。本文结合我们自己在安装和调试过程中遇到的问题和积累的点滴经验,谈谈180—80塞曼原子吸收分光光度计验收中的若干值得注意的问题。文中所谈到的一些检验方法,对其他型号原子吸收分光光度计的调试亦适用。
Since 1976 170-70 Zeeman atomic absorption spectrophotometer commercial equipment since the introduction of such instruments in deducting the background has a unique advantage, very popular with users. In the past two years, many domestic units ordered such instruments. This article combines our own problems encountered in the installation and commissioning process and accumulated bit by bit experience, to talk about the 180-80 Zeeman atomic absorption spectrophotometer acceptance of a number of noteworthy issues. Some of the test methods mentioned in the article, the commissioning of other types of atomic absorption spectrophotometer is also applicable.
