目的 研究乳腺癌组织的P2 7Kip1表达与乳腺癌生物学行为的关系及对患者预后的影响。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法 ,检测 5 1例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织P2 7Kip1表达水平 ,并对其与乳腺癌临床病理特征和术后生存时间的关系进行统计学分析。结果 本组 5 1例中 ,P2 7Kip1高表达者 18例 ,占 35 .3% ;低表达者 33例 ,占 6 4 .7%。P2 7Kip1表达水平与肿块大小、腋淋巴结有无转移、TNM分期、组织学分级、复发和转移及c erbB 2表达有关 ;单因素生存分析显示P2 7Kip1高表达组术后 5年生存率高于低表达组 ;Cox比例风险模型多因素分析提示P2 7Kip1表达水平是乳腺癌的独立预后指标。结论 P2 7Kip1表达水平与乳腺癌的发生、发展、预后密切相关 ,可作为一种有价值的肿瘤标记物和独立的预后指标
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of P2 7Kip1 in breast cancer and the biological behavior of breast cancer and its prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of P2 7Kip1 in 51 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and survival time were statistically analyzed. Results In the group of 51 cases, 18 cases were highly expressed P2 7Kip1, accounting for 35.3%; 33 cases were low expression, accounting for 64.7%. The expression of P2 7 Kip1 was related to the size of the tumor, the presence or absence of axillary lymph node metastasis, TNM stage, histological grade, recurrence and metastasis and c erbB 2 expression. The single-factor survival analysis showed that the 5-year survival rate of P2 7 Kip1 high expression group was higher than that of low Expression group; Cox proportional hazards model multivariate analysis suggested that P2 7Kip1 expression level is an independent prognostic indicator of breast cancer. Conclusion The expression level of P2 7Kip1 is closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of breast cancer, which can be used as a valuable tumor marker and an independent prognostic indicator
