本文对自1983年5月至1985年6月期间哈尔滨市6所市级以上医院的187例白血病住院病例,采用在医院内的病例与对照,1:1配对研完方法,就可能与白血病发病因素有关的22项因素进行了病例与对照调查研究,并根据资料的完整性、可靠程度、是否具有可比性等项要求,将资料计量化后,采用中国医学科学院肿瘤学研究所刘韵源编制的《状态风险Logistic回归分析程序》,用IBM-PC浪潮电子计算机,对状态风险Logistic对数似然函数进行条件Logistic回归的多因素分析。找出变量X_3(可能诱因感冒)、X_4(服用氯(合)霉素)、X_6(生后接受X线照射)、X_s(接触有害化学物质,包括苯、油漆、有机磷、有机氯等)等4项因素与白血病发病有关的多因素结果。为预防白血病及深入研究发病因素提供依据和线索。
