本文提出了一种宽带调频中频调制器的设计方案，该方案主要通过采用由折线逼近法压控振荡器线性化电路和变容管调频振荡器组成的改进型调频振荡器来取得良好调频特性。该方案经动态、静态测试表明，其调频线性、压控线性、压控幅度和谐波抑制，均达到满意的效果。
This paper presents a wideband FM IF modulator design, the program mainly by the use of the broken line approximation voltage-controlled oscillator linearization circuit and varactor vhf oscillator composed of improved FM oscillator to obtain good FM characteristics. The program by the dynamic and static tests show that the FM linear, voltage-controlled linear, voltage-controlled amplitude and harmonic suppression, have reached satisfactory results.
