用玻璃微电极细胞外记录神经元放电与脑核团注药方法,观察大鼠下丘脑室旁核(PVN)内,注入胞体兴奋剂L-谷氨酸钠,对中缝大核(NRM)痛兴奋神经元(PEN)痛放电的影响。结果表明:PVN内微量注入L-谷氨酸钠能明显抑制NRM内PEN痛放电。示PVN内某些神经元参与痛调制,且其作用有可能通过PVN-中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG)-NRM间的纤维联系,经下行镇痛通路实现。
The extracellular recording of neurons in the glass microelectrode was used to record the neuronal discharge and the nucleus pulposus injection method. The rat hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus (PVN) was injected with L-glutamate, a stimulant of sodium dodecyl sulfate Effect of Excited Neurons (PEN) Pain Discharge. The results showed that microinjection of sodium L-glutamate into PVN significantly inhibited PEN pain discharge in NRM. Some neurons in PVN are involved in the modulation of pain, and its role may be through the PVN-fiber in the midbrain periaqueductal gray (PAG) -NRM, through the downstream analgesic access.
