《人才研究》是一本学术性理论刊物,文章就难免“学究气”。一年多来,我们曾致力于刊物既保持一定学术水准,又在内容和形式上都显得活跃些,并逐步形成特色,至今不能尽如人愿。有人提出:能不能把研究的领域拓宽些?我们回答不仅可以,而且是完全应该的。今后我们将把研究的注意力,投向以下方面:一是人才学的基本理论,以较大篇幅发表此类文章,我们将继续办好《人才学论坛》、《改革与人才》、《人才管理》以及《争鸣与探索》等栏目。二是人尽其才,也就是用人之道;其三是成才之路的探讨。
