在介绍环己烷/PDMS体系中起泡脱挥气泡场的激光全息图记录与再现的基础上,对其全息图通过计算机进行了VPPSA颗粒分析和数据处理。讨论了液体深度、操作真空度和环己烷初始浓度对数均气泡直径的影响。结果表明,数均气泡直径随液体高度增加而增加,随操作真空度和环己烷初始浓度的增加而稍增大。液体深度是其主要影响因素。对测量误差的影响因素进行了讨论。
Based on the introduction of the laser hologram recording and reproducing in bubble / devolatilizer bubble field in cyclohexane / PDMS system, the hologram of VPPSA particle was analyzed and processed by computer. The effects of liquid depth, operating vacuum and cyclohexane initial concentration on the number average bubble diameter were discussed. The results show that the number average bubble diameter increases with the increase of liquid height, and increases slightly with the increase of operating vacuum and the initial concentration of cyclohexane. Liquid depth is the main factor. The influencing factors of measurement error are discussed.
