焦炉集气管内煤气压力是焦炉生产中一个很重要的控制参数。如果这一参数控制不好,压力忽高忽低,且经常出现负压,空气进入炭化室与焦炭直接接触,使焦炭烧成灰,硅砖烧熔,将造成炭化室墙面损坏,出现事故。以前,焦炉集气管压力自动调节常采用液压调节器,大多使用不正常。近几年来,改用了电动调节器,却出现了执行机构动作频繁,影响调节质量和使用寿命等问题。通钢82年再次对焦化分厂2~#焦炉集气管压力自动调节进行了技术改进,取得了良好效果。
