目的:对应用双水平无创正压通气技术对合并出现Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的老年慢性肺原性心脏病患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法:选择本院收治的合并出现Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的老年慢性肺原性心脏病患者92例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组46例。采用常规治疗方案对对照组患者实施治疗;在常规治疗方案基础上加用双水平无创正压通气技术对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果:治疗组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组;治疗前后肺部功能指标水平的改善幅度明显大于对照组;呼吸系统疾病治疗期间的不良反应明显少于对照组。结论:应用双水平无创正压通气技术对合并出现Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的老年慢性肺原性心脏病患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of double-level noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on the treatment of elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods: A total of 92 elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease who underwent combined type Ⅱ respiratory failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with an average of 46 in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with the conventional treatment regimen. The patients in the treatment group were treated with double-level non-invasive positive pressure ventilation on the basis of the conventional treatment. Results: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group. The improvement of the lung function index before and after the treatment was obviously greater than that of the control group. The adverse reaction during the treatment of the respiratory system was obviously less than that of the control group. Conclusion: The clinical effect of double-level noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with respiratory failure Ⅱ is very obvious.
