三缸单作用钻井泵的活塞—缸套的工作条件因有润滑冷却液冲洗而改善,也因负荷冲数增高而加重,故研究该摩擦副的寿命,进一步改进活塞十分重要。为此,在格罗兹内石油管理局(ГрозНефть)的矿区井场上,用2P—500泵进行这方面的试验研究。试验是在泵压为250公斤力/厘米~2,冲数为70冲/分,用高磨砺性泥浆,其密度为1.95——2.05克/厘米~3,温度为50——75℃条件下进行的。
The working conditions of the piston-cylinder liner of a three-cylinder single-action drilling pump are improved due to the lubrication coolant flushing and also aggravated by the increase of the load impulse. Therefore, it is very important to study the life of the friction pair and further improve the piston. For this purpose, a 2P-500 pump was used to carry out pilot studies in this area at the mine site of the Grozny Petroleum Administration. The test was carried out at a pumping pressure of 250 kgf / cm 2 and a stroke count of 70 r.p.m., using a highly abrasive slurry having a density of 1.95-2.05 g / cm 3 at a temperature of 50-75 ° C ongoing.
