本文对超声波油膜厚度测量法进行了探讨。它包括脉冲反射法和连续波法。通过实验确定了这些方法的特点及应用范围。
In this paper, the ultrasonic film thickness measurement method was discussed. It includes pulse reflection method and continuous wave method. The characteristics and application range of these methods are confirmed through experiments.
